All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Due to Covid-19 and if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few weeks. Please allow at least 30 days in transit for delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will work to get your product delivered ASAP.
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
